The interested party is aware that, as from the act of registration, payments are due to ABC in the manner and form chosen, if there is no express communication of withdrawal up to 48 hours before the start of any of the events or access to the recordings. Withdrawals can be formalized by e-mail secretaria@abc-cosmetologia.org.br to ABC. If you access any of the online or recorded events, there will be no possibility of a refund. Once formalized and duly received, the return amount will cease any ABC payment obligation. ABC will only refund 80% (eighty percent) of the amount. The amount will be paid in up to 07 (seven) working days from the formalization, through a deposit in a current account that must be expressly indicated by the interested party in the e-mail sent. The registrant is already aware that ABC can cancel or postpone the event within 72 hours before the start date / time. If the event is canceled or changes its date due to force majeure or government requirements at the Federal, State or Municipal levels, the amounts will not be refunded.
